Stampin' Up! Circle Swing card Minion

Stamping' Up! Circle Swing card thinlit dies make it a breeze to create cards for all occasions.  Today I want to share with you this card CASED from Pinterest - the minion thank you swing card. My son and I created a run of these as a "thank you" to our dinner guests who attended his Birthday dinner and for those who gave him gifts.

The card was simple as I was creating these with my son,
The overalls were made of four rectangles of Marina Mist
Overall straps 2x 4cm x 1cm
Overall LHS 4cm x 3cm RHS 6cm x 3cm
These were glued onto the Daffodil Delight card stock, cut using the bid shot and swine card die by Stampin' Up! Two black circles from the Owl builder punch secure the overalls as buttons.

The eyes were cut from silver paper
Whisper White 2 1/4" using Stampin' Up! circle dies.
Early Expresso 1" Stampin' Up! circle punch
Basic Black 1/2" Stampin' Up! circle punch
The goggle was cut from silver foil paper 2 1/2"  and next size down, using Stampin' Up! circle dies
And they were glued one on top of the other.

Two black 2cm and 6 1/2 cm x 1cm strips were then glued on the card to complete the goggle.

The mouth, that was simply created by cutting the edge of a card with a circle punch and cutting again to get the smile, so yes they are all a little different.

You could then add stitching to the overalls and add detail to the button but time was of the essence and I had a 6yr old helping me ;-)

Stay posted for the next circle swing card creation - a Birthday card for a horse lover,
Until then,

Yours in paper craft,
