Christmas Cards 7

To me, an Australian Christmas begs an earthy touch, with colours of Naturals Ivory (108630), Crumb Cake, Lucky Limade, Choc Chip, Very Vanilla and Cherry Cobbler.  I love the Scentsational Season Bundle (W129945 / C129940) featured in the 2012 Holiday Catalogue, not only for Christmas but for get well, etc.  I found this versatile layout and loved it so much I had to share it with you...hope you like it too.


The greeting is from Snow Swirled (W115868 / C127799) stamped in Cherry Cobbler and the edgelit used was Finishing Touches (127010) with Pearl accents.

Different colours, different textures, same principle just a slightly different layout...


I changed the Lucky Limade for Garden Green and used Crumb Cake Seam Binding (122332) folded in half.  The Greeting is again from Greetings of the Season (W128030 / C128033) stamped in Choc Chip and the edgelit used was Finishing Touches (127010) with Rhinestone accents.

The trees were first cut out using the Framelits Die from the Scentsational Season Bundle (W129945 / C129940) and then embossed with various embossing folders including Woodgrain (127821), Perfect Polka Dots (117335), Fancy Fan (127751) and Lacy Brocade (127819)

It was a nice change to make earthy coloured cards and Rach's photography has captured the beauty of each. I enjoyed making these. I hope you like the change too.
