The window is cut out in Whisper White using the Layering Squares Framelits (141708) and mounted on cardstock (also cut out with the layering Squares Framelits) which is the same as the base card.

The Whisper White mat is embossed with Stampin' Up! Sparkle Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (141468). I adhered a thin piece of Gold Glimmer paper (133719) behind the candle flames and added coordinating Gold Metallic Thread (138401)
